Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Blinke Technologies, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that the product or service has not been activated, processed, or delivered. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds are applicable only in cases where:
  • The purchased service could not be delivered due to technical issues on our end.
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • The order was cancelled within the permissible period.

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For any delays, please contact our support team for assistance.

Please note that certain services are non-refundable once purchased, including:
  • Customized software solutions
  • Subscription-based services after activation
  • One-time setup or consultation fees
